Many of the people who come to me for health coaching are very often after something more specific – they really want to lose weight. Our country has a huge weight problem and it is no wonder many people want to do something about it. The good news is that I believe, very much, that you can.
In response, I have developed a program specific to weight loss.
Using what I learned from my coaching certification curriculum at the renowned Mayo Clinic, and after having been exposed to over 100 dietary theories during my studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have created a program that will help you lose weight and keep it off. You will not have to count calories or points but you will have to begin to think differently about food.
I can help you do that through this program.
Change does not occur overnight just as you did not reach this point overnight. So, the program takes place over a six month period. We will meet over the telephone or video conference so there are no geographic restrictions as to who might participate. We will meet twice per month. The first monthly session will cover informational items. The second session will be a coaching centered around the previous informational session.
